A rally towel has one job and a very unusual set of constraints for a printed product: it is viewed from thirty metres, by people who are not looking directly at it, while it is being waved above someone’s head.
That makes it almost the opposite of a brochure. Fine type disappears. Gradients turn to grey. Thin outlines vanish entirely. What survives is one bold word, one strong mark and the highest contrast you can stand.
Most disappointing towel orders are artwork problems, not printing problems — a design approved on a laptop at arm’s length that has never been looked at from the far side of a room. So we redraw for distance, and we show you both versions before anything is printed.
Why we exist
Giveaway towels are bought on unit price against a fixture date, which is exactly the pressure that produces a four-colour design nobody can read and a delivery that arrives on the Monday after the match.
We work the other way round: fewer ink colours than you asked for, heavier strokes than the original artwork, distribution planned before production, and a real delivery date tied to the fixture rather than to our schedule.
What we actually make
Screen-printed hemmed cotton towels at the standard 15 by 18, in one to four ink colours. Dye-sublimated microfibre with unlimited colour and full bleed to every edge. Oversized 18 by 30 and larger for finals and testimonials. Two-sided towels where a sponsor takes the second face. Individual poly bagging with a printed insert card, counted per seating block and boxed in labelled cartons. And standby artwork and held screens for playoff runs.
All of it against a fixture date, delivered to the building rather than to an office.
How we price
No dollar figures on this site. A towel’s price moves with size, fabric, print method, number of ink colours, one or two faces, bagging and quantity. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are holding a cheaper one.
On distribution
We will ask about distribution before we quote, because it changes the order. Twenty thousand loose towels is a five-hour job for a volunteer crew; the same towels bagged and boxed by block is about an hour. That difference usually costs less than the overtime it saves, and it is the reason blocks get missed when nobody plans it.
